The Oviedo declaration was Launched on March 21st at the 67th Session of the Commission for Narcotic Drugs of the United Nations Office for Drugs and Crime in Vienna. Each year the whole world meets and discusses about repression, treatment and prevention,tion of substance abuse. 192 countries and all substance abuse related NGO's with UN ECOSOC special advisory status (RAG AP included) participate.
The Oviedo declaration will be the fundament and the reference for substance abuse prevention (and addiction in general) for the coming decennia.
